Forget the balloons and streamers, we’ve got heroes and planes to serve as the backdrop for your next special event. Pacific Aviation Museum has over 100,000 square feet of space for gatherings of all sizes: parties, galas, meetings, ceremonies, and more.

Facility Rental Fee includes exclusive use of function space for a maximum of four (4) hours, unless otherwise noted, plus a reasonable amount of setup and breakdown time. Approval for events lasting more than 4 hours requires prior approval from the Museum Event Manager; additional hourly rate will apply.

Facility rental fee includes up to 100 guests. An additional $10.00 per person will be applied for guest counts above 100. Seating for up to 200 guests is provided. Additional tables and seating, if required, will be rented and added to the final facility rental bill.



Indoor Event Spaces


Main Gallery, Hangar 37

Immerse your guests in the history of the Greatest Generation. The Main Gallery of historic Hangar 37 features aircraft and world-class exhibits in vintage 1940’s décor. With over 7,000 square feet of function space, this unique space is ideal for cocktail receptions for up to 700 guests or dinner gatherings up to 400 guests.

Evening events only.
$1,500 facility rental fee for events up to 100 guests.
An additional $10.00 per guest will be applied for guest counts over 100.




Restoration Gallery, Hangar 79

Enjoy the authentic historic feel of our largest indoor event space. Originally built for the assembly of new aircraft, Hangar 79 is now home to the Museum’s growing exhibit collection. Your guests will be surrounded by the past, present, and future of aviation in over 32,000 square feet of event space, ideal for cocktail receptions for up to 5,000 and dinner gatherings for up to 2,500.

Evening events only. Portable restroom rental required.
$1500 facility rental fee for events up to 100 guests.
An additional $10.00 per guest will be applied for guest counts over 100.




Pacific Theater

This 200-seat state-of-the-art theater features an integrated sound, lighting, and projection system. Internet accessible. Adjacent to a pre-event reception area, the Pacific Theater is ideal for lectures, presentations, and meetings.

Education Center / Flight Lab or Center

This private 2,300 square foot multi-functional space is ideal for meetings, lectures, workshops, and social events, for up to 190 banquet style and up to 250 for cocktail reception. The adjacent Flight Simulator Lab is perfect for team-building or entertainment.

Outdoor Event Spaces


Control Tower Tarmac

Awe your guests by hosting your next event in the shadow of the iconic Ford Island Control Tower. With the capacity to host over 2,500 guests, this area is nestled between the Tower and the main Museum entrance, and is ideal for receptions, ceremonies, and theme parties.




Luke Field Tarmac

Overlooking historic Luke Field, this flexible outdoor event space is ideal for hosting large events—concerts, galas, and ceremonies—for up to 10,000 guests.




Ewa Tarmac

Be thrilled with the possibilities of this unique space. Adjacent to the main Main Gallery, this 8,000 square foot outdoor space offers striking evening views of the Hawaiian sunset. Create the event you have always imagined, or allow our event staff to help bring your vision to life in this space of limitless possibilities. Ideal for theme parties, casual and formal dinners, and ceremonies up to 1,400.




Restoration Tarmac

Adjacent to historic Hangar 79, the Restoration Tarmac, boasting nearly 20,000 square feet of outdoor event space, is ideal for hosting receptions, concerts, shows, and social gatherings up to 3,200.



Rental Packages

Military Ceremony Package

Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor is honored to host the family, colleagues, and friends of our nation’s service members as they celebrate the milestones of military service. Military ceremonies, for up to 30 guests, hosted in the Main Gallery during normal business hours are offered at no charge. Donations to the Museum are greatly appreciated.

Our daytime Military Ceremony Package includes:

  • Podium
  • American flag with stand
  • Free general admission for all service members in uniform.
  • Free general admission to the event hangar for 10 non-military uniformed guests.

Please inquire about our private daytime and evening ceremony rates.
